Hello Dearest Readers,
Today we have a very special Caturday Intermew with Princess Tara. Even though it’s Mewsday, Tara will be crossing the Rainbow Bridge soon, so we wanted to get her final thoughts down as soon as purrssible. I am grateful for the honor of sitting down with this wonderful kitty as she reflects on her life.
Hazel: Hi Princess Tara, thanks so much for being here. You have built quite a following in your efforts to save kitties from death row. What advice do you have for bright young kittens aspiring to build a web presence?
Princess Tara: Be sincere in what you believe in!
Hazel: I agree! You are an inspurration, Tara. Who has been your own biggest inspiration and why?
Princess Tara: My mom, she has been trying to stop the animal testing labs for years, and hates the killing places!
Hazel: What a noble cause! As we already know, every kitty can make a big difference with the right forever home. How do you feel about the rise of feline power, and how do you see that power shaping the world in the future?
Princess Tara: I am trying to bring awarness to this world that cats are smarter than we ever thought, and we are furry beings, not animals! If UTUBE cat videos help that’s all good! I am praying for all animals to be respected, so that’s is how I see the world now, so many are not! I get very angry about that! Since I am going to die soon, I cannot predict the rise of feline power without many humans helping us, hoping they will wake up and their brains evolve to see we are intelligent, beautiful, kind, and loving beings, and stop killing us!
Hazel: I have never intermewed a kitty at this end of their life before, but I am honored for the honor. Looking back on your life, what are some mistakes you’ve made, and what did they teach you?
Princess Tara: I never make mistakes! BOL! I am perfect!
Hazel: ROFP! You still keep up your great sense of humor, I admire that! What have been some of your favorite books, movies, plays, and/or TV shows?
Princess Tara: I cannot read, I am a cat! I like natural sounds! Of course animal rescue stories are always good, and rescues they show on the TV news!
Hazel: Rescues make me hungry! Hungry for more rescues and then for tuna, which I hear is your favorite food. Who would you love to have dinner with?
Princess Tara: I would love to have dinner with My boyfriend Harvey the Handicapable cat, I love him.
Hazel: He’s a cute one! I really apurrciate you being here, Tara, so to conclude: if you could say only one thing to a potential new or existing follower, what would you like them to know?
Princess Tara: Never disregard a kindness, try to respond to all the humans that like you, and try to help us all at the same time. Funny pics are good too!
Hazel: Beautiful. Thanks so much for sharing your purrls of wisdom today, Tara. You are an amazing kitty and you have brought much love to the world. Look for my brother Cocoa, he was a tuna-loving Himmie and he can show you where the best tuna mountains are at the Rainbow Bridge. Give him a headbutt for me!
Readers, if your hearts are touched as mine today, remember to hug your human and animal friends a bit tighter tonight. You never know how much time you have with them. Every day is a gift.
Purrs and much much love,
