Happy Caturday! Intermew time with my beautiful buddy Buzz the Fuzz!
Hazel: Hi Buzz! Thanks so much for being here! What advice do you have for bright young kittens aspiring to build a web presence?
Buzz: Be yourself, whether you are a beautiful baby, disabled dude, one-eyed wonder, missing limbs, or not, you are you and that is pawesome.
Hazel: Pawesome! Who has been your biggest inspiration and why?
Buzz: The Columbia Greene Humane Society (http://cghs.org/) They rescued me and 39 dogs from a bad situation, and it was the costliest cruelty case in the shelter’s history. Without their hard work and dedication to animals, we could have flown under the radar and not been helped at all. They have a new facility and it is absolutely amazing. Every single person who works there and volunteers is an inspiration!
Hazel: Wow, that’s incredible! What a story. Speaking of story, what do you like to read or watch?
Buzz: Being a cat, reading is a bit hard. I get fan mail from all across the world and my Mama reads me that. I like those (Buzz the Fuzz, PO Box 150, Rensselaer, NY 12144). As far as TV I enjoy when the nature channel is on. The other day, there was a documentary on penguins which I found very enjoyable!
Hazel: Haha I have a penguin buddy in Spain right now, he takes pictures of his shenanigans, they are so cute 🙂 How do you feel about the rise of feline power, and how do you see that power shaping the world in the future?
Buzz: Everyone needs entertainment. Cats on the internet are here to stay. Live & laugh, and if you are fortunate to have a cat in your lap-HOORAY! People who don’t recognize and enjoy felines will eventually be phased out, as evolution continues.
Hazel: Even kitties should get kitties, they are just a great furriend to have. Who would you love to have dinner with? What would you eat and where?
Buzz: Well Buzz Aldrin of course!!! I would eat tuna from a dish on the floor and he would have a designer PB&J sandwich in my kitchen- Chez Buzz.
Hazel: Lolz that sounds like a great time. What are some mistakes you’ve made and what did they teach you?
Buzz: I learned really fast not to jump on the toilet when the seat isn’t down. Swimming in the toilet is not okay.
Hazel: Oh no! I keep trying to open the toilet seat by my humans keep saying that’s a bad idea.
Buzz: I also have learned that I’m not aloud to dart outside in the middle of the night and take a lap around the garage. Dad successfully got me back inside but it shocked my Mama to tears even though I was safe. I never wanna see Mama cry again!
Hazel: I’m glad you’re safe! Well this has been fun, Buzz! If you could say only one thing to a potential new or existing follower, what would you like them to know?
Buzz: No matter how much life has got you down, someday, someway, it will turn around.
Hazel: Beautiful. Thanks Buzz!
And thank YOU reader for reading!
