Hello my furriends!

Did you miss me?? I missed you! <^-^>

First, let me just give a shout out to my pawmazing upcoming intermewees!

Stay tuna’d for a pawtastic intermew with Media Goddess LAURIE SCHEER!! She just came out with a new book, “The Writer’s Advantage: A Toolkit for Mastering Your Genre,” which I will review in a future Sundae Review day! I have only napped on it a few times, and I can already tell it is a purrific and squishy book! 😀

We all know cats love boxes, so I am thrilled to intermew my pal Signorina Fellini from one of my favorite Facebook pages, “Cats in Boxes.” I love boxes! Much to be discussed…

Then I will have a chance to chat with Comics Legend and Pawmazing Professor LYNDA BARRY! Her book “Syllabus: Notes from an Accidental Professor” is in the mail! I can’t wait to rub my little chin on the corners of this brilliant author’s latest masterpiece.

I’m also going to exchange some texts with “Texts from Mittens!” Mitty is hilarious. It’s gonna be great!

Next, I just wanted to say thanks to my fans for their patience. I saw the opportunity to submit a play to a pawesome playwriting contest, so I spent the last few weeks or so furriously pawing out “Ghostmart.” The play was successfully submitted, and at the very least I got a new script under my kitty belt!

I got a lot of help from my papa. He started school a few weeks ago. I try to come with him in his backpack, but somehow he manages to find me in the nick of time. Someday!

“Pet Therapy,” my screenplay, has been finished! It’s a first draft, but I learned a lot! Next, I thought I’d try my paw at comics!

Thinking of making “Flaky the Snow Cat” into a little comic book. I had so much fun drawing the original Flaky, there is a whole bunch of great drawings to be found!

Be excited! I know I am!! <^-^>

Stay tuna’d!

“Hello World!” greeted Writer Cat Hazel Fluffypants

Hello! My name is Hazel M. Fluffypants, I am Half-Tortie, Half-Persian, and I have a whole lot of stories to share!

Even back in my Mama’s womb I would share stories with my brothers and sisters. Of course I would tell them in our own kitty language.

I know however that if you want to be a successful writer, your primary audience are the hoomans, so I started learning Hooman as we say among us kitties, or Human as the hoomans call it. That is, I am learning at least the Hooman dialect spoken at the farm I was born at.

Then I found my forever home two weeks ago! They give me free food, litterbox maintenance, and English lessons.

So here I am, 11 weeks old tomorrow, also developing my social media presence, which is helpful for sharing my stories faster.

I also understand the importance of education and friendship in a vibrant creative career. In addition to my stories I will post reviews of movies, TV shows, plays, books etc. as well as interviews with other writers and cats.

Look for the Project Slate to see my upcoming projects: crafting my place in the world, which can be challenging with kitten-sized paws, but stayed tuned because Hazel Fluffypants will soon bring to you:

A review of “Frosty the Snowman”

Interviews with Katie from GLOGIRLY – Tails of Two Funny Cats & Their Girl, and Luna the Fashion Kitty!

A preview of my first work: “Tails of a Guardian Kitty”

Yay I finished my first post!!

Thanks for letting me share my story with you.
